Hello! My name is Kelly and I am thrilled to have you here! I have been the owner and florist for The Flower Bee Blooms since 2021. Prior to that I worked as a freelance florist, helping other awesome wedding florists in Columbus.

In the last 5 years, I've designed flowers for 100+ weddings and worked at about 70% of Central Ohio's wedding venues, so there's a good chance I already know your venue's layout and quirks.

By day, I'm an elementary special education teacher, and I spend my nights, weekends, and summers playing with flowers and helping create lasting wedding memories!

Teaching special education has made me calm under pressure, highly organized, and a clear communicator. I'm used to juggling detailed schedules, planning ahead for every "what if," and making sure everyone feels heard and supported. That's exactly what you want from your florist on your wedding day.

I love to work with all types of styles and colors. Fall tones may be a favorite of mine, but I think there’s beauty to be found in all styles. I prefer to use local, freshly sourced flowers as much as possible.
